Before she sets sail on her New York MerMaiden Voyage, Brilliant Lady invites you to an exclusive launch celebration like no other.

On Wednesday, September 3rd, join Virgin Voyages for a one-night-only event where you’ll experience what it truly means to sail The Virgin Way — from award-winning dining to show-stopping entertainment.

A splash of red is encouraged, as we celebrate the arrival of something truly brilliant.

How To RESERVE

Now that you’ve scored an invite, let’s get you all squared away and ready to board.

Simply click the ‘Reserve’ button at the top of this page, select your dining reservation, and complete all fields in the ticket registration form. You’ll receive a confirmation with your dining details, and that confirmation will serve as your official ticket onto Brilliant Lady.

If you’re attending with others, be sure to select the quantity of tickets for everyone in your party. You'll be asked to enter all guests' information on the same order form.

If you wish to dine with other attendees, be sure to list their names in the 'Who will you be dining with?' field and select an appropriate table size. While we will try to accommodate all requests, this is not guaranteed.

NO SEA LEGS REQUIRED

We will stay alongside at Pier 90 for the duration of the event.

ALL ABOARD

Please arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of your restaurant booking, or as early as 5:00PM when the gangway opens.

EXCLUSIVELY ADULT

No kids, no kidding! All guests must be 21+ and will be asked at check-in to present the same ID used to RSVP.

ON-BOARD Dining

Dinner reservations are required for evening meals. Please select one restaurant along with the number of guests in your party. This reservation will serve as both your dinner reservation and your ticket for entry onto Brilliant Lady. All other eateries will be open throughout the evening — including The Galley, The Pizza Place, The Social Club, and more.

Free cancellation is available until 5:00 PM on August 22nd, 2025. Please use the 'Contact the Organizer' function at the bottom of this page to make a request.

Name, time or restaurant changes are not permitted.

SEATING REQUESTS

Please arrive together with the people you wish to be seated with — our team will do their best to accommodate your party. Dining reservations are subject to availability

Travel Information

Please note that on-site parking at Pier 90 is unavailable. We recommend using a rideshare service or public transportation for a smoother arrival.

Dress code

We don’t do dress codes — just come as you are. Think stylish and comfortable for an evening at sea, with a look that can effortlessly take you from dinner to evening vibes. Whether it’s relaxed chic or bold and fabulous, wear whatever makes you feel your best onboard. And of course, a splash of red is always welcome!
